What you need to know before you register
- NEW! This year you can book one of three Vacation Packages to discover the beauty of Croatia after the CEPIC Congress days. If you are interested, please select the tour of your choice when you register for the CEPIC congress. More information on the Vacation Packages can be found here.
- Registration fees include three full days of networking and seminars and access to all congress areas.
- CEPIC members get a reduction of 120 € for each registered delegate on the regular fee and 100 € for each booked table.
- The membership discount for registration and booking a tables must be selected during the on-line registration process.
- A discount starting at – 70% is applied for the fourth delegate and up (but you must book early!)
- If you want to book a Business Room, please send an email.
- Wifi is included in the registration fee
- Applicable VAT is 25% – In oder to be able to recover it you must indicate your VAT number during registration!
- Credit card payments possible with Visa and Mastercard.
- NEW! This year you will be asked to upload your profile image (portrait) right at the beginning of registration. Please have your image ready. Your profile image (portrait) will be used to create your badge. Size: 100 x 130 px. Maximum size: 5MB. Optimal format: jpg, png, bmp.
